Public Hearing- Spectrum Northeast LLC Cable Television Agreement

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canandaigua Town Board will be holding a public hearing for the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Canandaigua.

The public hearing will be held on July 22, 2024, at 6 p.m. at the Canandaigua Town Hall, 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, in Canandaigua New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Canandaigua and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town Clerk’s office, 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York.

At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.  Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
