Public Hearing Notice

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canandaigua Town Board will be holding two public hearings to discuss:

 

• Setting a local law to authorize a budget amendment and increase of salary for Highway Superintendent.

 

• A text code amendment to certain town code chapters that will clarify farm labor housing protections; and seqr intent to declare lead agency

 

The public hearings will take place on Monday, July 22, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Onnalinda Conference Room on the lower level of the Canandaigua Town Hall, located at 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York. The meeting will also be available by Zoom.
