Public Hearing Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canandaigua Town Board will be holding the following public hearings on Monday, May 21, 2018 beginning at 6:00 pm in the lower level public meeting room of the Canandaigua Town Hall, located at 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York. All persons interested will be heard at this time and date.  Any questions regarding the public hearings can be directed to Town Manager Doug Finch at dfinch@townofcanandaigua.org or by calling Town Hall at (585) 394-1120 ext 2234.

  • Use of the Repair Reserve Fund (D.0232..) for the purchase of furnishings, apparatus, equipment, and improvements associated with the construction of the new highway facility.
  • Amending Chapter 79 (Animals) to modify and clarify the regulations regarding the residential keeping of chickens and ducks.
  • Amending Chapter 220 (Zoning) Section 220-9A the regulations for the setback of a structure from the mean high water mark of Canandaigua Lake.
  • Amending Chapter 220 (Zoning) Section 220-9K that would allow fences associated with approved large scale solar energy systems to meet the National Electric Code.
