The Town of Canandaigua is proud to be partnering with Dream Big! Inclusion in Motion, to bring a new park to the community that features a completely accessible and inclusive playground that everyone can play on, regardless of their level of ability or mobility. Dream Big! Inclusion in Motion is a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing a place in our community where ALL children, no matter their abilities, can play together. The playground in its entirety is set up to facilitate play between multiple generations and abilities. It is fully accessible and will allow individuals with mobility devices to access all parts of the playground!

The University of Buffalo's Center for Inclusive Design and Environmental Access (IDEA) is providing guidance on universal design in the playground and for the whole park. From the parking lot, to the bathrooms, this park will be designed with everyone in mind.
