Land Acquisition Possible Town Park(s)

 

The Town of Canandaigua is currently exploring the purchase of land for public lake access to Canandaigua Lake.  The addresses of the parcels currently being considered are 4351 Tichenor Point Drive and 3950 County Road 16.  Town Board meeting agendas, contact information, and log in instructions are avaliable here.

4351 Tichenor Point Drive

Update: As of April 14, 2021 the Town Manager was notified the property at 4351 Tichenor Point Drive is slated to close selling to a private buyer by the end of Apriil 2021.  No additional informaiton is avaliable at this time.
