Canandaigua lies between Rochester and Syracuse approximately four miles south of exit #44 of the New York State Thruway.  Geographically, the Town of Canandaigua includes approximately thirty-five thousand acres; over ten miles of shoreline along Canandaigua Lake and roughly four miles of four-lane divided highway hosting more than twenty-five thousand average daily trips.

In recent years, the Town of Canandaigua has experienced double digit annual growth due in large part to our unparalleled quality of life.  In 2015, building permit applications increased by 42% over 2014.  In 2013, applications increased by more than  60%!  All that is missing is your new business!
