This position is 40 hours per week, benefit eligible and the starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
Minimum qualifications: Possession of an appropriate Class D New York State Operator's license at the time of appointment, and maintenance of such license throughout the tenure of employment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience performing routine landscaping and general maintenance tasks, and an understanding of how to safely operate a variety of equipment such as trucks, tractors, mowers, saws, weed eaters, and other equipment. Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
This position will be 20 hours per week and the starting pay rate is $14.00/hour.
Minimum qualifications: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma or one year of paid full-time clerical work experience or its part-time equivalent.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, financial experience, and able to operate a computer.
