Public Hearing Notice - Create Chapt 201 Short Term Rentals to replace existing town code Chapt 220-9.1 Short Term Rentals

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canandaigua Town Board will be holding a public hearing to discuss the proposed draft local law to amend Town Code Zoning Chapter 220-9.1 Short Term Rentals which would further define and clarify policies and procedures. The public hearing will take place on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the lower-level Conference room of the Canandaigua Town Hall, located at 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York. All persons interested will be heard at this time and date.  The meeting will also be available by Zoom. Registration is required to join the meeting and can be found at this link:
