Town Board Public Hearing, Draft Local Law, Creating Scenic Viewshed Overlay District

The Canandaigua Town Board will be conducting a public hearing on a draft local law to amend the Chapter 220 by creating Section 220-34 titled Scenic Viewshed Overlay District. The public hearing will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held via Zoom (details found on the Town’s website). All persons of interest will be heard at this time and date.

A copy of the draft local law has been posted on the Town’s Website and may be viewed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday until 5:30 pm, in the Town Clerk's Office. All questions relating to the local law should be directed to Town Councilman Gary Davis at gdavis@townofcanandaigua.org.
