CORRECTED Town Board Public Hearing Rescind LL 6 of 2021 - Overriding the Tax Cap for 2022 Budget

The Canandaigua Town Board will be conducting a public hearing on a draft local law to rescind the tax cap override for the 2021 budget, Local Law 6 of 2021. The public hearing will be held via Zoom videoconferencing on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Details regarding the Zoom meeting can be found on the Town’s website. All persons of interest will be heard at this time and date. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting to Town Manager Doug Finch at dfinch@townofcanandaigua.org.
