PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canandaigua Town Board will be conducting public hearings on the following:

• A draft local law to amend Town Code Chapter 174-19(H) which would allow double frontage lots on residential parcels.
• Discuss the revised cost estimate for improvements to the Canandaigua Farmington Water District (replacement of the water tower on Brickyard Road).

The public hearings will be held on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the lower level Conference room of the Canandaigua Town Hall, located at 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York. The meeting will also be available by Zoom. Registration is required to join the meeting and can be found at this link: http://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZYqc-GtqTotH92PBu15q7_hCirh9kEvA6VV.
