Town Board Public Hearing on 2023 Preliminary Budget

The Canandaigua Town Board will be conducting a public hearing on the 2023 Preliminary Budget, including general Town funds, highway funds, special district funds and fire protection funds on Monday, October 17, 2022, commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the lower level Onnalinda Conference Room of the Canandaigua Town Hall, located at 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York. This meeting will also be available by Zoom at this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZYqc-GtqTotH92PBu15q7_hCirh9kEvA6VV . Pre-registration is required. All persons of interest will be heard at this time and date.

The following are the proposed 2023 salaries of elected Town officers:

Supervisor                                           $21,861

Town Board Member(s)                       $5,532

Town Clerk                                          $72,581

Highway & Water Superintendent       $111,135

Town Justice(s)                                    $27,776

A copy of the 2023 Preliminary Budget has been posted to the Town’s website and may be viewed in the Canandaigua Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm and until 5:30 pm each Wednesday).
