Gateway Community Power Information Sessions

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town of Canandaigua is planning to join an upcoming bid to consider electricity supply options.

This community choice aggregation (CCA) program enables municipal leaders to leverage the purchasing power of residents and small businesses to negotiate more favorable terms on their electricity supply, protect consumers and support renewable generation sources.

If the Town selects an electricity supplier, eligible residents and businesses will receive a letter in spring/summer 2023 with info about the program, their choices, and info about how to opt out.

To learn more, join an upcoming information session (view event flyer).
