2023 Tentative Assessment Roll

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, pursuant to Section 506, NYS Real Property Tax Law, the Sole Assessor, Town of Canandaigua, County of Ontario, NY, has completed the current year Tentative Assessment Roll, and has filed a copy thereof with the Office of the Town Clerk / Assessor. Said copy is available for public inspection at the Canandaigua Town Hall located at 540 Routes 5 & 20 West during regularly scheduled workday hours through and including Grievance Day this year.  Said hours may be obtained by calling the Town Clerk or Assessor at 585-394-1120.  The Assessor has available upon request, current publications containing assessment challenge procedures.
