Public Hearing Notice- Draft Local Law To Override The Tax Cap For The 2024 Budget

The Canandaigua Town Board will be conducting a public hearing to discuss a draft local law to override the tax cap override for the 2024 budget on Monday, August 21, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the Onnalinda Conference Room on the lower level of the Canandaigua Town Hall located at 5440 Route 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, NY. 

All persons interested will be heard at this time and date. The meeting will also be available by Zoom. Registration is required to join the meeting and can be found at this link:
