Continued Public Hearing for German Brothers Marina Rezoning Petition

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canandaigua Town Board will be continuing the public hearing to discuss a petition to amend the official zoning map to rezone 3907 County Road 16 – German Brothers Marina (TM#113.13-1-10.000) from Residential Lake District (RLD) to Incentive Zoning (IZ).  Link to application: http://www.townofcanandaigua.org/page.asp?id=280 ).

The public hearing will take place on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Onnalinda Conference Room located on the lower level of the Canandaigua Town Hall, located at 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York.
