County Road 8 Cell Tower

Project Description*

Verizon Inc. has submitted a Special Use Permit application and a Site Plan review application to construct and operate a personal wireless communication facility (cell tower) on a parcel of land on County Road 8. 

A cell tower is permitted in the AR-2 zoning district where this parcel is located if the Planning Board gives permission for them to do so by way of granting a "Special Use Permit."

Upcoming Meetings

• 10/15/24 - Project Review Committee: an informal review between Town staff, engineers, and the applicants. No decisions will be made during this meeting; it is a chance for the applicant and the town to go over their application in preparation for the Planning Board.
• 11/26/2024 - Planning Board (TENTATIVE)
